Lancaster Mennonite Conference values the Christ-centered discipleship of youth as integral participants in the life of local congregations. As part of Conference staff, Jon Heinly resources, supports, and advocates for youth ministry in Lancaster Conference and provides opportunities for both youth ministers and youth to come together for fellowship and growth. A few events and resources are available to individuals and congregations.
