Conference agencies are non-profit organizations that Lancaster Mennonite Conference recognizes as closely identified with the mission and vision of the Conference, and is necessary for Conference to achieve its mission. These organizations will assist in helping to develop and carry out strategies for the mission and vision a "Relationship of Accountability" is maintained with conference agencies. The Conference exercises reserve powers in the relationship as described in the "Relationship of Accountability." The work of a conference agency is managed by its own board.
