LMC Office staff are available to assist congregations in carrying out their God-given purpose. We desire to walk alongside congregations through collaborative and coordinated ministries and resources that support the LMC Mission Statement.

Tom Eshleman

Pastor Tom Eshleman has been named LMC’s Global Delegate. This role was developed to help LMC strengthen its connections and relationships with our fraternal partners around the world.

Tom continues his pastoral ministry but also engages in this part-time support role. Tom serves as pastor at Groffdale Mennonite Church in Leola, PA where he has served since 2005.

He and his wife Jennifer have three children. Tom has a strong interest in cross-cultural interaction going back to his days as a public school teacher in Harrisonburg, VA relating with immigrant students and their parents from around the world. Short-term mission and study experiences in Jamaica, Central America, and Africa also impacted Tom. As a pastor, opportunities to relate with the global church energize him for the mission and witness of the local church.

William Higgins

William serves as an LMC resource staff in the area of theological education and specifically Anabaptist Christian identity formation.  William also serves part-time as a non-resident missionary for EMM. He serves globally providing discipleship training, leadership development and mutual learning and encouragement with EMM’s partners.  He and his wife, Stacey attend New Danville Mennonite Church.

William studied historical and systematic theology and biblical studies at Vennard College, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and Drew University. His vision is to help our congregations and individuals be Spirit-empowered disciples of Jesus, living lives that engage and impact the world around us.

Mindi Hoover

Mindi Hoover serves as a part-time administrative assistant in the LMC and STEP Offices.  Mindi balances several plates in the position and enjoys the variety her job offers.  You will find her serving in finance bookkeeping, congregational and individual giving, STEP details and Google Classroom, The Legacy Foundation grants administration, CCL Planning, and the LMC Education Grants Committee.

Mindi and her husband, Sheldon Hoover, live in New Holland, PA with their 5 children.  They are members at Byerland Mennonite Church.

Sherri Martin

Sherri Martin serves as LMC Ministry Support Specialist. She is committed to mobilizing and equipping others in ministry areas such as Leadership, Credentialing, Shalom News, and resource partner organizations. Sherri graduated from STEP in 2018 with a wide range of local ministry experience. Her vision is to see LMC’s intercultural community as Jesus’ disciples fully engage in a Spirit-led movement, multiplying the ministry of reconciliation in families, congregations, neighborhoods, and the world. Sherri and her husband Mel live in Ephrata and are members of Weaverland Anabaptist Faith Community.

Karl A. McKinney

Karl McKinney is the Intercultural Leadership Minister, a new role focused on the pursuit of justice as followers of Christ in LMC. He will serve to help leaders throughout LMC increase their skills to build intercultural relationships.

Karl serves full-time in this role. He has followed Christ in intercultural relationships within culturally diverse communities, since 1983. He has lived among and served people without homes and he has managed affordable houses and complexes, both for immigrants to the USA and a diverse clientele. He also has served on teams to form new congregations, pastor existing congregations with long histories, and serving leaders in urban, rural, and suburban contexts in the conferences of Mennonite Church USA and in LMC. Karl is available to help leaders and leadership teams interested in addressing the challenges of following Christ as a people from every tribe, nation, and tongue.

Marcia Mylin

Marcia Mylin serves as the LMC resource staff team leader and is also a member of the Bishop Elders Team. Marcia’s responsibilities include serving as the STEP Director, event planning and HR.

She has a passion to see all followers of Jesus rooted and established in the love of Christ so that they may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God, living out their calling and gifting. (Eph. 3-4).

Marcia and her husband Dale have 5 adult children and are members of Byerland Mennonite Church.

Marcia has a degree in Christian Education from Messiah College, a Master’s in Religion and a ThD in Missional Theology from Evangelical Theological Seminary.

Rosita N’Dikwe

Rosita N’Dikwe serves as a part-time administrative assistant in the LMC offices.  Rosita supports event planning, The Legacy Foundation, and other ministries of LMC. She has lived in the Northwest (Idaho), Midwest (Missouri and Illinois), South (Atlanta and Virginia) and Mid-Atlantic (Western Maryland, Baltimore, and PA) as well as 3 years in France. These diverse locations have given her a passion for meeting new people, intercultural ministries and a desire to help build bridges and understanding.  She also enjoys working with and discipling youth. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, visiting with close friends, travelling, and spending time in nature.

Rosita and her husband, Danwe N’Dikwe, live in Elizabethtown, PA with their 7 children.  They are members of Elizabethtown Mennonite Church where they also serve together as the Ministers of Youth and Rosita serves as church secretary.

Adalberto Santiago

Adalberto has joined LMC as the Conference Minister.  He has been pastoring Congregación Menonita Shalom since 2002. Since 2015, he has been serving at the level of the CIES Council and joined a team with CIES President, and Executive Committee. He also is part of the Committee on Credentials, the Board of Bishops, and the CEC.  Adalberto and his wife Jenny live in New Columbia and have four children.

Felixa V. de Kunkle

Felixa began working as a part-time receptionist for LMC in March 2019. She works at the front desk maintaining and updating the LMC website, Facebook, Angelus monthly prayer guide, surveys, evaluations, Spanish-English translations, and other responsibilities at the office.

Felixa was born in Honduras. She is fluent in Spanish, English and German, which she uses to help LMC with different tasks. She lives with her husband Dean and her son Ben in Lancaster. They enjoy welcoming new and old friends and family from many places. They like to travel, cook, read and have a good cup of coffee with friends. They attend Millersville Mennonite Church. Felixa really enjoys sharing and cultivating her Hispanic culture. Stop by the office and say hola!
