The Coordinator of Business Services (CBS) is responsible for managing all financial aspects of student accounts receivable services to ensure a seamless and customer centric experience. The CBS is also responsible for miscellaneous revenue receipting and timely bank deposits as well as miscellaneous accounts payable services. The coordinator of business services is encouraged to recommend innovative solutions for improving internal business processes and services. This position is .75 FTE with benefits.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or three to five years combined experience in bookkeeping or accounting and technology based business solutions demonstrating the ability to learn new technologies. Experience in account management and collections preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills to support a collaborative environment required. Expertise in basic financial management, business environment technologies and ability to bridge and support varied business aptitudes. Ability to analyze and resolve complex business processes within a higher education environment.
