  • Director of Enrollment

    Lancaster Mennonite School is seeking a full-time Director of Enrollment starting July 1, 2024. The Director of Enrollment will leverage data and technology to effectively manage inquiry and enrollment pipelines. They will be responsible for all the processes associated with cultivating prospective student leads, and building and maintaining relationships with candidates that span across the enrollment timeline, from inquiry to registration. They will manage the day-to-day operations of the enrollment process.

    Qualifications:
    A bachelor’s degree in education, communication, or other related fields or a minimum of five years of admissions experience is required.
    Participation in a local Christian church and fully support LM’s mission, vision, core values, and Anabaptist tradition.
    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills as well as a proven ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
    Experience with social media tools and techniques.
    A high level of energy, creativity, and flexibility.
    Excellent understanding of principles and techniques of enrollment activities.
    Requires some work in the evenings and weekends.

  • Canner Operator

    Are you a hands-on person looking for a unique opportunity? MCC is seeking Canner Operators for its mobile meat canner which operates from October through April by traveling to 30 different locations in the U.S. During this time, MCC workers and volunteers preserve hundreds of thousands of cans of meat for communities in need across the globe. Canners are responsible for all aspects of the project, including operating steam and pressure vessels, coordinating volunteers, maintaining and communicating USDA regulations, and the maintenance of all machinery in the canning process.     Lancaster Mennonite School is seeking a part-time evening cook for our Residence Hall program for the 2024-2025 school year. The hours are Sunday through Thursday from 3:00 – 7:00 pm each day school is in session. Basic duties include preparing and serving high-quality meals for approximately 15-20 students. Applicants will be required to maintain a ServSafe Certification.
